Our diet, the lack of physical exercise, stress, can be factors of a slowing down of our transit. This intestinal laziness is also linked to an imbalance of the intestinal flora.
The concentrated plant extracts of TRANSIT Double Action stimulate transit and facilitate digestion. Organic fibers help to find a flat stomach by regenerating the flora and regulating transit.
Psyllium, fig and mallow contribute to the normal functioning of intestinal transit.
The artichoke contributes to intestinal comfort and helps support digestion.

1 to 3 tablets in the evening. - Precautions for use
To be used, for a limited period, in addition to a balanced and varied diet which alone ensures a good nutritional balance. Keep out of reach of young children. It is not recommended to exceed the daily indicated dose. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with hypothyroidism or thyroid treatment should first consult a health professional. Not recommended in case of concomitant medication due to the presence of psyllium. Not recommended for children under 12 years old.

Concentrated artichoke extract 4-6/1 (titrated to 5% cynarin), organic acacia gum fibres(1), organic agave inulin(1), concentrated fig extract 10/1, organic blond psyllium (1) (may contain traces of mustard and sesame seeds), 4/1 concentrated mallow extract, prune, 4/1 concentrated black radish extract.
